AVC-cPCI 3004 provides a rugged, yet highly flexible COTS computing platform suited for mission applications requiring rock-solid reliability such as UAVs, booster vehicles, and ground vehicles. Manufactured using Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and milling, the aluminum alloy (6061-T6) is strong, lightweight, and resistant to EMI.

At 8.65" H x 11.26" W x 13.6" D, the 300 watt, 3U cPCI 14 slot configuration provides three 2nd generation CM4 Power-PC processors, 12 channels of RS-232/422/485 high speed serial, and 2 dual redundant 1553 channels. In addition, the DIO2 and DIO3 cards together provide over 150 various types of inputs and outputs including; discrete, analog, excitation, gear sensor, and coil stepper. The AVC-cPCI 3004 weighs under 30 lbs and dissipates less than 59 watts of power via conduction cooling.
