Overview

VIPC8244 is an intelligent 6U VME carrier board with four IndustryPack slots with front I/O, NVRAM/RTC, a highly integrated MPC8240 PowerPC microprocessor with an MPC603e CPU kernel, 64 MB SDRAM and a powerful DRAM controller, PCI interface, Fast Ethernet interface, Ultra SCSI interface, and 1 +8 MB FLASH memory. Software support is available for VxWorks and Linux.
