Abaco Systems' Huntsville and Towcester sites have achieved AS9100 certification enabling us to demonstrate our commitment to quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement to our processes while facing the realities of a changing world. Certifying our management system against the AS9100 standards aligns our quality management systems to the same high levels that are expected, recognized and adopted by the aviation, aerospace and defense industries.
The AS9100 standards series is an ISO 9001 based set of standards developed by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) that addresses the stringent quality requirements of the aerospace industry, from commercial aviation to defense. AS9100 has been endorsed by the major U.S. Aerospace regulators, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). In addition, all members of the Americas Aerospace Quality Group (AAQG) have deployed AS 9100 internally and externally.
