RM426

The RM426 provides a uniquely effective solution for integrating isolated serial I/O requirements into a PCI system. The serial ports can be configured for either the RS422 or the RS485 signaling level. Each serial port has a FIFO buffer to avoid data overrun (128 Bytes on each port). The RM426 allows for a hardware selectable delay on the RS485 direction controlled signal. In addition, the RM426 has six isolated I/O ports.
