Overview
The PMC-7450 provides access to an on-board Ultra DMA/66 hard disk drive. The hard drive, located on the primary IDE channel, is capable of performing bus master Ultra DMA transfers at 66 Mbyte/s. In addition, the PMC-7450 provides access to external hard disk drives. This secondary IDE channel interface, available via a front panel bezel 40-pin header, is capable of bus master Ultra DMA transfers at rates up to 100 Mbyte/s.
