Overview
The Cascade Dual Domain provides the foundation for a High Availability system, featuring a tightly coupled architecture with redundancy in CPUs, power supplies, and fans. The system supports a modular approach for total flexibility and offers a full range of telecommunications options for OEM use. A hot-swap watchdog alarm module is available.
- Two PowerPC, single-slot single board computers offer HA system management, hot swap controllers, and System, non-System operation
- Two CompactPCI buses on passive backplane support 2N, N+1, hot standby, and full redundancy configurations
- Hot swap watchdog alarm module available
- 12-slot HA CompactPCI backplane; redundant hot swap power supplies supporting 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz or 48VDC
