When I upgraded my operating system to Windows 2000/XP from Windows 9x, my PA-100 stopped functioning properly.

Currently, the PA-100 is supported only by the following Windows operating systems: 3.x, 9x, and NT. Windows 3.x support is available in the API, but the Windows 3.1 ( 16. bit ) DLL is not shipped with the normal distribution.
