Reading of IRIG time for 1553 products has an offset from expected time values.

An offset of one second (fast), minus 100 milliseconds (slow) was discovered in the IRIG-to-time-of-day conversion routines for IRIG capable 1553 products.

These errors have been corrected in the latest release (firmware version 394) for the QPMC and QPCI families of products.

The one second offset has been removed for all products with a firmware version 393, and the additional 10 millisecond offset is being addressed in an upcoming release for the remaining products that feature IRIG capability.
