My Condor software and/or hardware installed under Windows 95/98/Me/NT/XP/2000 does not appear to be functioning correctly. What can I do?

Prior to contacting Condor technical support, download the attached file 'cei_probe.zip' (under 'Attachments', below) and run the 'cei_probe.exe' application contained in the downloaded zip file. This program checks for and reports many common installation problems. It also creates a plaintext report file 'CEI Report.txt' on your Windows desktop. If you require further assistance, please send an e-mail to Condor technical support (support@condoreng.com) describing the problem, including any failure messages that are reported by your Condor product. Please attach the report file 'CEI Report.txt' created by the error probe application to your e-mail.
