A malfunctioning board is often the result of an incorrect installation. To determine if the board and API were installed properly, run the test configuration. If the test configuration fails, we recommend you reinstall the board and API.
To reinstall a board, first uninstall the current software API. Then, remove the board from it slot and reinstall by following the steps in the Quick Start and installation section of the User's Manual.
Run the test configuration again. If the board still does not pass contact Condor Tech Support with the information detailed here.
