I keep getting error code 210 (Dual-Port Memory Self-Test Fail) when I try to initialize hardware with the configuration program.

This usually occurs when a Condor board is installed before the API in a Windows system with Plug-and-Play. Windows assigns the board resources before our software can, often causing conflicts. To resolve this problem, you must uninstall the hardware and software and reinstall them in the correct order.

First, remove the board from the system and ensure that it is removed from the Device Manager.

Next, remove the file "Winrt.sys" located in C:\WINNT\System32\drivers\ or C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\.

Finally, reinstall the software and hardware in the correct order.

The "cei_probe.exe" executable can help diagnose this problem. We recommend running it to ensure proper configuration. It may be downloaded here.
