How can I inject errors with an RT using BusTools/1553-API?

This example demonstrates RT error injection. In this case, it injects a LATE RESPONSE ERROR. You can specify the response time from 7-31us. This can be done for SA1 RECEIVE or SA2 TRANSMIT.
