SBS Technologies, Inc. Announces Appointment of David H. Greig as President of Bit 3 Operations

SBS Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SBSE) ("SBS") today announced that David H. Greig has been appointed to the position of President of SBS Bit 3 Operations. Mr. Greig replaces Mr. Philip M. Vukovic, founder and current President of Bit 3 Operations, who is retiring. Mr. Greig was previously Founder and President of Greig Power Co. Ltd., a Toronto, Canada-based developer of custom electronic systems used to automate and control manufacturing operations. Greig Power was later acquired by Perle Systems Ltd., a Canadian-based computer networking and communications connectivity business. Following the acquisition, Mr. Greig served in several capacities including President of the Perle Customer Engineering Division, and later served simultaneously as President of Perle's U.S. operations, Executive Vice President and Director of the parent Canadian company.
