Test Config is located in at c:\Program Files\Condor Engineering\examples\c\win32\tstcfg.bat. The "Test Config" application's menu items match the typical startup sequence. For example: A,E,F,G and K,L,M,N,O take you you to a screen with BC messages updating in real time.
