Run Test Config from the CEI-SW program group. This will launch a p-console application, which performs an internal wrap test on the board. Remember to use the Base Memory address as opposed to the physical memory address (D000 vs. D0000) when prompted by the program.
The Windows NT Operating System has a utility which will capture hardware configuration problems upon boot up. This utility is called the "Event Viewer", which is found under administrative tools. Use the event view to look for error messages regarding the low device driver "WinRT". Any error referencing "WinRT" should be noted. An event error usually means that a resource conflict exits or the software configuration is incompatible with the hardware configuration. At this point you should double check that the current hardware configuration matches the installation parameters specified and look for resource conflicts.
