How can I set up a mixed bus coupling?

This method can be used when it is convenient to route the bus close to one of the terminals, but it is not convenient to route it close to the other terminal.

In the example in the following figure, the Bus Controller is connected to the bus using direct coupling and the remote terminal is connected using transformer coupling.
