eNGENUITY Technologies Teams with Radstone Technology

Technology integration partnership provides new sales opportunities for both companies Montreal, Canada May 25th, 2004:  eNGENUITY Technologies Inc. [TSX: EGY], a leading provider of software and components for the development of advanced visual and simulation applications, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Radstone Technology, the world’s leading independent supplier of rugged, high-performance COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) embedded computer products, subsystems, and support software for defense and aerospace applications. The agreement provides for the integration of eNGENUITY’s VAPS software tool suite with Radstone’s graphics hardware to form a highly optimized integrated, embeddable COTS solution. With the technology partnership, customers of both companies will benefit from a high degree of product compatibility at both the software and hardware level. This combined solution has already been deployed by avionics customers such as Datel Defence and Pilatus Aircraft for its PC-21 trainer aircraft project.  “Since the beginning of this fiscal year, we have seen an increase in demand for our VAPS product line. This partnership is a good example of our commitment to maintain strong relationships with end-users to understand their needs and to provide the best products available to our customers so that they can address these needs. Essentially, it opens new sales opportunities for our VAPS software tools," stated Patrice Commune, President and CEO at eNGENUITY Technologies. “Historically, Radstone and eNGENUITY have collaborated on an ad-hoc basis to produce working systems, as required by our customers. This agreement formalizes the relationship between the two companies, by ensuring interoperability of the products. This milestone in the relationship underlines the commitment of both companies to provide customers with solutions that enable them to excel in their respective markets through reduced risk and time to market,” stated Simon Collins, Graphics Product Manager at Radstone Technology.
