Overview

Sabre 1000 is a single-slot 24-port Ethernet switch for non-System slot operation. It is fully hot-swappable and can be easily integrated into CompactPCI systems requiring high-density LANs. Sabre 1000 features a Motorola MPC860T processor with 16MB SDRAM and 8MB flash memory.

  • Two front panel Ethernet connections for 860T processor and on-board switch
  • Two front panel serial ports for development and monitoring
  • 24 100BaseT ports with on-board switch
  • 8MB flash memory; 16MB SDRAM and 32KB EEPROM on board
