Description
A scale error ($0E) indication in the channel control block (CCB) register when a value greater than $7FFF ($FFFF is the expected maximum value) is written to the prescaler register in the enhanced period, frequency, or pulse width measurement modes.
Resolution
The problem has been fixed with a patch to the board firmware. Customers experiencing this problem can request a firmware update to U47 and U49 per ECO 00000435.
